Return and Exchange
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record).
*Custom or personalized orders are excluded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
THE REGULAR RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact Customer Support at email@example.com to request a return/exchange. You must make the request within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
2. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request.
3. We will contact you within 2 business days to assist you.
RETURNING DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Each product is hand checked by a member of Team UMade before it goes out as part of our quality control process. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen that are unavoidable. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. We will do our best rectify the situation.
*To facilitate the return process please make sure the pictures are clear and include a detailed description of the problem.
ABOUT THE RETURN SHIPPING COST
Customers are responsible for all fees involved in returning or exchanging items (except damaged or defective items). Return packaging remains the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package. Please email us the tracking information after you have dispatched your items.
ABOUT THE REFUND
Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment after we receive the returned item.
Please be advised that returned funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
*Please make sure the item you send back to UMade is in good condition and with all the accessories and invoices that came with the item. UMade may not be able to fully refund if there is a missing item or any kind of damages incurred during the return of the package.
*Actual colors of all the items may vary slightly due to monitor settings. That does not qualify as a damaged or defective issue.
*Tapestries (including Map and Art Wall Tapestries) are made individually by our craftspeople, not mass produced by machine so that the actual size may vary slightly (approx. 2-7cm). That does not qualify as a damaged or defective issue.
*To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us at email@example.com. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.
